RIGHTS USAGE

ARTIST RIGHTS•I reserve the right to use and display any and all commissions on my portfolio and social media••I reserve the right to post WIPS on social media. As the client you can ask that it is not posted, but you must make this clear at the start••If i am not given clear instruction NOT to post, it will be assumed that i have permission to post WIPS and the finished product as i wish. There is NOT a non-disclosure fee if you wish for the work to be private•CLIENT RIGHTS•You, the client, cannot claim credit, copy or trace the commission as your own work and you must give credit everytime the commission is used on social media.••You cannot resell my work••You can use personal works as you please so long as i am given clear credit. This does not apply to commercial commissions, if you wish to use my work commercially please contact me directly so we can discuss•

ENGAGEMENT

•You are required to provide clear details, reference sheets/references and information required for the commission, failure to do so will result in me declining your commission••If you wish for the piece to have specific dimensions (ie, for twitter banner, wallpaper, icon…) please let me know before i begin the commission••Unless stated otherwise i will assume the commission is for personal use. Commercial use have different rules and costs. Please contact me directly for this•

COMMUNICATION

•You are guaranteed consistent communication during the process of your commissions creation. Updates will be given after the sketch has been completed, then lineart, and then after colour has been added••If by chance there may be a possible delay to the completion of your commission, i will give you updates and a rough estimate of the delay••Communication through email is preferred however if DMs are easier/quicker then i am happy to communicate through DMs••I will do my best to respond as fast as possible, you can expect a response within a couple hours of your initial message••You can see in-time updates of your commission on my [trello]

REVISIONS

•Minor revisions are allowed free of charge through the sketch and line-art phase. Including, but not exclusive to, missing accessories, colour adjustments, small details, facial expressions and so on••Major changes in the sketch phase come free of charge, the only additional costs that may incur is if you wish to add to the commission (such as additional characters, props, background..)••After the sketch, major changes come with a starting cost of £5 GBP/$6 USD and may increase depending on complexity of the revision and how far along in the piece i am. Major changes include: Limb movement, pose changes, design change and so on•

TURNAROUND

•The average turnaround for my commissions vary depending on the type of commission, it’s complexity and my workload••As a general ETA you can expect your commission completed within 4 weeks, if your commission may take more time than this i will let you know ahead of time••There is a additional rush fee of 20% if the commission is needed in under 2 weeks, this will increase to 30% if in under 1 week••You have the right to request a refund if the commission is taking longer than 4 weeks WITHOUT any communication or WIP updates•

PAYMENT

•Payment will be taken through PayPal invoices or Kofi••Partial payment can be discussed for commissions with a large payment, otherwise all payment is upfront••I will not refund a commission after it has been completed under ANY circumstances••If i am not able to complete the commission for whatever reason within the turnaround time, you will be able to ask me for a FULL refund, However, if you still accept the work done up to that point and use it in any way, then you are only eligible for a 50% refund••If you request a refund after the lineart phase then you are only allowed a 50% refund•
